Highland Music Trust


Highland Music Trust, based in Inverness, Scotland, is a charitable trust established for the encouragement of Scottish national and traditional music. It has helped in the publication of collections of Scottish music, and has a few select titles for sale.


The Athole Collection

Sold Out - new Edition in preparation.

Recognised as one of the principal sources in this field, this classic collection of 870 strathspeys, reels, jigs, hornpipes and country dances was published by James Stewart Robertson of Edradynate, Perthshire, in 1884.

The 1996 reprint is completely reset in clear type.

The Glen Collection
